Dr. Bridgette Jeffries is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years of experience in healthcare. She is the proud owner of Restoration Mental Health Services, LLC and RAW Aesthetics & Wellness Med Spa, both located in Lynnwood, Washington—safe, inclusive spaces where every individual is treated with respect, dignity, and honored for who they are and where they are in their journey.

Driven by a lifelong commitment to holistic healing and community service, Dr. Jeffries founded Healthy Minds Stimulation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring, revitalizing, and renewing the lives of women affected by domestic violence, trauma, addiction, and homelessness. Through trauma-informed care, mental-health support, IV nutrition, and partnerships that extend to dental, vision, and aesthetic wellness, the organization provides comprehensive pathways toward healing and empowerment.

Dr. Jeffries believes that true restoration begins when individuals feel seen, valued, and supported. Her work across all three entities—Restoration Mental Health Services, RAW Aesthetics & Wellness, and Healthy Minds Stimulation—reflects a unified mission to heal the mind, body, and spirit, uplifting lives and strengthening the community one person at a time.
